Visited twice to meet my ex colleague, the location and the apartment is good with enough space for parking and the flat is also good but I felt it's a bit conjusted for 3 beds in a single room. Living room is spacious with a sofa and TV with attached kitchen.

Don't buy any apartment or rent here. We residents are promised many things by the builder. But more then 10 years now. No OC..No BESCOM meter...No Kaveri water. The quality of water supplied by costly tanker is very very hard. No fire …

Tekraj , the property manager is very rude . Initially he'll be a nice person but when you'll have problem regarding the stay he'll ignore the calls . Even during leaving zolo , i had to pay extra day fine just because of his nuisance of not picking up my call on time for the exit code

The Society is good but not maintained properly. Daily they are burning trash/ waste inside the campus and it is very hazardous for health. The smoke is very bad. Fed up of this. Proper disposal of waste should be done by society with the help of @BBMP
