As a Zoho Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and customizing solutions using the Zoho suite of products. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications. - Designing and implementing workflow automation, including custom functions and Zoho Flow integrations. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored Zoho solutions. - Integrating Zoho applications with third-party APIs and systems. - Creating custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Zoho. - Performing troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues in Zoho applications. - Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance within the Zoho environment. - Providing technical support and training to internal teams and end-users. - Continuously evaluating new Zoho features and products and making recommendations to improve business operations. - Documenting development processes, code changes, and solutions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho tools. - Strong knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting language, Zoho Flow, and Zoho API integration. - Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. - Ability to work with databases and SQL queries. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Knowledge of data security, user permissions, and workflows within Zoho applications. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Skills: - Zoho certification (e.g., Zoho CRM Developer or Zoho Creator Developer) is a plus. - Experience with Zoho Analytics and reporting tools. - Experience with integrating Zoho with third-party tools like Google Apps, Microsoft Office 365, or other CRM platforms. - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
