The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of custom application development, API integrations, and end-to-end customization within the Zoho ecosystem, with a particular emphasis on Deluge scripting. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying custom Zoho Creator applications, tailoring them to meet specific business requirements. You will also be involved in customizing Zoho CRM modules, workflows, automation, layouts, and blueprints, as well as developing advanced Zoho Analytics dashboards, reports, and data models. Additionally, integrating Zoho applications with third-party platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and custom functions, and writing and optimizing Deluge scripts for business process automation will be part of your role. Moreover, you will be expected to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Zoho implementations, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and offer technical solutions, and ensure best practices for data management, security, and system performance are adhered to. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in Zoho Creator custom app development, a strong command of Deluge scripting, and hands-on experience with various Zoho apps such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Desk. Experience in REST API development and integration, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, are essential. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also crucial. Preferred qualifications include being a Zoho Creator/CRM certified professional and having experience in ERP-style solutions using Zoho.
