Monitoring, Reviewing and Ensuring that Accounting Practices and Standard Operated Procedures are being followed. 3. Regularly monitoring, reviewing and comparing the actual income and expenditures with Budgeted Income and Expenditure. Variance analysis and management reporting. 4. Monitoring, reviewing and planning for cash flows/finance requirements and reporting to the management. 5. Periodic MIS reporting. 6. Ensuring all the legal compliances related to GST, RERA, INCOME TAX, PF, PT etc. are completed in due time. 7. Monitoring and controlling Accounts Payable i.e. Purchase procedure, Payment controls. 8.
