🌞 We're hiring Sun Chasers for an up and coming Sunscreen brand Internship · On-ground storytelling · India-wide · Paid + Certified Our client focuses on building sun care for real life. Not just for screen-time, but for lifetimes spent under open skies. That’s why they've launched Sun Stories — a series documenting the lives of people whose days begin, end, and are defined by the sun: tribes, farmers, fisherfolk, construction workers, wage workers , and many more. Now we’re looking for Sun Chasers — interns/freelancers, visual storytellers, and compassionate listeners who’ll help us bring these stories from sunlight to limelight. ✨ What you’ll do: Travel within your region to meet and document real people Film short, documentary-style short-form videos (90 seconds max) by following the Field Guide Capture portrait + landscape photos in natural light Ask thoughtful, respectful questions (we’ll guide you) Record audio or write down key quotes from the story Upload all footage and notes to our shared workspace 📕 You’ll be provided a detailed Field Guide to follow. It covers everything from how to approach people to what shots to take, while giving you creative freedom to shape your story. Final Deliverables: Shots described in the Field Guide 4-5 Portrait/Landscape shots per story Written answers to questions from the subjects or recorded audio 🎥 You should be someone who: Is open to experimenting with documentary-style shooting Is open to travel and willing to step into sun-lit spaces Is open to feedback and creative suggestions Understands that this project is part of something bigger than you or the brand — it’s about visibility, dignity, and human connection Can use a good smartphone camera or DSLR Has a steady hand/tripod and eye for quiet moments Can speak with comfort and respect to people in their environment Cares deeply about honesty over perfection 💡 What you get: Internship certificate + Letter of Recommendation Paid stipend per approved story Your work featured on the brand's social channels, blogs, and website A chance to be part of a rare human-first content initiative 📍Where we're looking: Priority regions: Semi-urban, rural Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Odisha — but anyone in India with a story-ready spirit can apply. 🌱 This is not influencer work.
