Job description Responsibilities - Design and update job descriptions - Source potential candidates from various online platforms .( eg - naukri , monster , shine , facebook ) - Sourcing and screening incoming resumes and application forms -Scheduling the interviews with candidates (via phone, video and in-person) - Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally - Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs - Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers - Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard with HR team. Requirements - 0–6 months of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role - Freshers can also apply . - Experience with sourcing techniques - Must be Graduate . ( BBA, B.COM, B.A , MBA ) - Good verbal and written communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
