Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)(International Sales) Company: Jivora Location: Noida, Sector 136 Website: www.jivora.com Experience: 0 - 3 Years Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Fixed + Variable) Shift Timing: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM Working Days: 5.5 Days/Week Reporting To: Director of Sales Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation. Pitch products and services to prospective clients and partners. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and demos as required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client data and follow-ups. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
