You can learn more about us at [www.zivayawellness.com](https://www.zivayawellness.com). **Job Summary:** As a Wellness Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for boosting sales, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional customer service within our outlet. **Key Responsibilities:*** Manage the daily operations of the wellness outlet.* Focus on the sales of services and wellness retail products.* Target corporate clients and other potential customers.* Collaborate with influencers to promote both products and services.* Finalize corporate deals by targeting the appropriate audience.* Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and assess the efficiency of sales strategies.* Establish new systems and processes.* Maintain strong relationships with members and guests.* Actively participate in center and marketing activities.* Monitor and address any issues related to product quality, cleanliness, or customer satisfaction.* Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times.* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. **Skillsets:*** Previous experience in wellness, retail, or hospitality is preferred.* Sales-oriented mindset.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.* Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.* Mature, customer-oriented, self-motivated, and independent.
