Job Summary:The Store Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store or warehouse. This includes receiving and issuing materials, maintaining proper inventory records, ensuring accurate stock levels, and following inventory control procedures. The role requires close coordination with various departments to ensure timely supply of materials. Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies. Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain proper documentation. Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock audits. Update stock records in the ERP or inventory management system. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials. Monitor and report stock discrepancies or damages to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area. Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments for material reconciliation. Track and manage slow-moving and obsolete stock. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures. Requirements:Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a diploma/certificate in Store Management or Inventory Control). Experience: 2–4 years of experience in store or warehouse management. Skills: Good knowledge of inventory control procedures. Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory software. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). Good organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities:Installation and commissioning of UPS systems (online/offline) and batteries (SMF/Tubular/VRLA/Lead-acid). Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at client locations. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, electrical and electronic faults in UPS and batteries. Handle field service visits, and respond to service calls within SLA timelines. Conduct load testing, battery health checks, and prepare service reports. Provide technical support to customers and coordinate with internal teams. Maintain proper documentation of service reports, customer interactions, and inventory. Educate clients on proper usage and care of UPS systems and batteries. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Required Qualifications:Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in UPS / battery servicing or electrical maintenance. Sound understanding of power electronics, inverters, and battery configurations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals. Willingness to travel to customer sites (local and outstation). Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation. Good communication and customer handling skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with brands like APC, Emerson, Luminous, Microtek, Delta, Numeric, etc. Hands-on with tools and testing instruments like multimeters, battery testers, etc. Knowledge of AMC and warranty handling.
