Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, converting leads into customers, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the overall sales process from within the office. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, or chat to promote products or services. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, or referrals. Convert leads into sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software. Provide quotes, pricing, and product information to customers. Collaborate with the field sales team for smooth handover and customer service. Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends. Requirements: Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred). Strong communication and persuasive selling skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Comfortable working with targets and KPIs. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems. Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or 12th pass with relevant experience. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B or B2C sales (depending on the industry). Multilingual skills (optional but preferred in diverse markets). Good organizational and time management abilities.
