Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing, a good understanding of QA processes, and the ability to ensure high-quality deliverables through meticulous testing and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Execute manual test cases for web and/or mobile applications based on defined requirements. Participate in requirement analysis to ensure test coverage and identify potential gaps early in the cycle. Prepare and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation (test cases, defect reports). Identify, log, and track defects using Azure DevOps. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure timely resolution of issues. Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing as required. Validate bug fixes and verify that product changes meet quality expectations. Assist in test data preparation and environment setup. Follow established QA processes and contribute to process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 11.5 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing . Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle. Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps). Basic knowledge of JavaScript. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good-to-Have (Optional) Skills: Basic exposure to tools (e.g., JMeter, Testim.io, Postman for API testing). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
