About Us: We are a growing retail dress store offering a wide range of stylish collections for every occasion. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-friendly individual to join our team who can not only assist customers in-store but also manage our Instagram page effectively. Key Responsibilities: In-Store Sales & Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in selecting outfits and accessories. Provide styling suggestions and excellent customer service. Handle billing, exchanges, and returns smoothly. Maintain store cleanliness, display, and inventory organization. Instagram & Social Media Handling: Create and post engaging content (photos, reels, stories) regularly. Reply to DMs, comments, and engage with followers. Promote new arrivals, offers, and in-store events. Coordinate photo/video shoots for collections. Monitor insights and suggest ideas to increase followers and sales. Requirements: Basic knowledge of Instagram (posting, reels, stories, hashtags). Good communication skills in [local language + English/Hindi]. Interest in fashion trends and styling.
