Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Location : Hyderabad, Telangana, India Employment Type : Full-Time Reports To : Board of Directors Role Summary The CEO will serve as the founding strategic leader of our newly to be incorporated company, spearheading efforts to secure substantial investments for high-impact projects in infrastructure (IT and Marine Parks) and media (film production, distribution, OTT platforms, and theatre construction). The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in finance, stock markets, and investor relations, capable of crafting compelling project presentations, engaging with global and domestic investors, and closing high-value deals. The CEO will drive the company’s vision, oversee the establishment and operations of this to-be-incorporated entity, and ensure sustainable growth through a commission-based revenue model. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Vision Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to establish the company as a leading investment advisory firm from its inception. Align fundraising efforts with the goals of the associated companies, ensuring investor confidence in project viability. Represent the to-be-incorporated company in high-level negotiations, industry events, and networking forums to build brand visibility and credibility. Investor Outreach & Deal Closure Identify, engage, and build relationships with HNIs, VC funds, institutional investors, and other funding sources domestically and internationally. Create high-quality, data-driven presentations and pitch decks tailored to specific projects (e.g., IT Park, Marine Park, OTT platforms, theatre construction), showcasing financial returns and strategic value. Lead negotiations to secure funding commitments, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing commission-based revenue. Leverage industry networks and events (e.g., VC summits, finance conferences) to generate leads and close deals. Financial & Market Expertise · Utilize in-depth knowledge of finance and stock markets to assess project feasibility, structure investment deals, and provide insights to investors. · Conduct market research to identify trends in infrastructure and media sectors, ensuring alignment with investor priorities. · Develop financial models and projections to support fundraising pitches, highlighting ROI for projects like IT Parks and theatre construction. Operational Management Oversee the setup and day-to-day operations of the to-be-incorporated company, including managing a lean team (e.g., coordinator) to support administrative and research tasks. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ROC filings, GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations, in collaboration with the company’s CA during and post-incorporation. Manage budgets, monitor expenses (e.g., travel, software subscriptions), and optimize costs to maintain financial health during the startup phase. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Kings Infra Limited and Zineeverse Motion Pictures Pvt. Limited to understand project requirements, timelines, and funding needs. Coordinate with project teams to gather technical and financial data for investor pitches, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Build partnerships with industry bodies (e.g., IVCA) and financial institutions to enhance fundraising capabilities. Travel & Representation Undertake domestic and international travel to meet investors, attend site visits, and present projects in key markets. Represent the organization at global forums, establishing a professional image for the to-be-incorporated company aligned with its mission to fund innovative projects. Qualifications & Skills Essential Experience : In finance, investment banking, or venture capital, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing investor relations and deal closures. Expertise : Proven track record in raising funds from HNIs, VCs, or institutional investors, with strong knowledge of finance, stock markets, and deal structuring. Skills : Exceptional presentation and communication skills to create and deliver compelling pitches to sophisticated investors. Strategic thinking and negotiation skills to close high-value investment deals. Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and project evaluation. Ability to network effectively in global and domestic financial ecosystems. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Travel : Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international) for investor meetings and industry events. Preferred Experience in infrastructure (e.g., real estate, IT parks) or media/entertainment (e.g., film production, OTT platforms) sectors. Existing network of HNI/VC contacts in India, Singapore, Dubai, or other key markets. Familiarity with Hyderabad’s business ecosystem and regulatory environment for a to-be-incorporated company.
