Prepare Bar chart & Site execution Plan (Manpower, Material & work flow Planning) Raise the material & manpower requirement for project execution to project engineer Follow up with HO/Supplier for timely material availability of sites. Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications & quality standards of Zindus. Daily timely work allocation to the supervisor & LC. Communicate & update daily work completion report to PE/Director Keep Project Execution File & all project related documents updated daily Client communication/ weekly client meeting on project Execution Timely resolution/ escalation of complaints Ensure 100% adherence to safety measures & practices of Zindus Infra Take timely measurement on the completion of stage, prepare RA, Final Invoice & make Payment Follow-up Take project completion letter & Completion from client, Take feedback & testimonials (VDO/Letter) Take references
