The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing client communications, ensuring project delivery meets quality expectations, identifying opportunities for business growth, and providing strategic support to optimize client satisfaction. The role also involves regular reporting, collaboration with internal teams, and ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives. Qualifications Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Networking skills Strategic Planning, Project Coordination, and Problem-Solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication, including Presentation skills Proficiency in tools such as CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other productivity tools Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred) Experience in a similar account management or client-facing role is a plus
