Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor / Stitching Master to join our boutique team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cutting, stitching, and finishing garments for ladieswear (salwars, kurtis, gowns, lehengas, etc.) and basic pattern-making knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Take accurate body measurements and note customer preferences. Cut fabric and stitch garments according to the boutique’s design standards. Perform alterations, fittings, and finishing work as needed. Work with designers to bring creative ideas to life. Maintain cleanliness and order in the tailoring area. Ensure timely delivery of stitched garments. Keep track of customer orders and job cards. Handle minor machine maintenance if required. Skills Required: Proficiency in stitching ethnic and modern women’s wear. Ability to read and follow design patterns. Knowledge of different fabric types and their behavior. Finishing and handwork skills are a plus. Team player with time management skills.
