ZicaBella is looking for a skilled Production Operations Executive to oversee and manage end-to-end production operations, ensures smooth workflow at the manufacturing unit, timely material sourcing, and seamless coordination between vendors, suppliers, and production teams. Key Responsibilities: -Coordinate daily with designers to confirm which designs are approved for production. -Plan production schedules and ensure timely execution of every style. -Handle fabric, trims, and accessory sourcing — ensuring materials are arranged 2–3 days prior to the production start date. -Maintain strong coordination with vendors, suppliers, and production teams for timely delivery and quality consistency. -Supervise manufacturing units and ensure all designs are made as per the approved samples. -Keep regular track of production timelines, order quantities, and resource availability. -Prepare reports on ongoing production status and sourcing updates. -Ensure smooth communication between design, sourcing, and production departments.
