Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs. Develop job descriptions, post job ads, and screen candidates. Conduct interviews and assist in final hiring decisions. 2. Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture. Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in line with company policies. 3. Performance Management Support the implementation and continuous improvement of performance appraisal systems. Guide managers and employees on goal-setting, feedback, and development plans. Monitor performance trends and provide reports to senior leadership. 4. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance team. 5. Training & Development Identify training needs and organize development programs. Facilitate onboarding sessions and employee engagement initiatives. 6. HR Strategy & Policy Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Review and update HR policies and procedures regularly. Requirements: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 46 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
