About the Role We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in the Corporate eLearning industry. The role involves identifying potential enterprise clients, understanding their learning and development needs, and offering tailored digital learning solutions to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities · Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Corporate eLearning / Digital Learning Solutions domain. · Build and maintain relationships with L&D Heads, HR Leaders, and Business Stakeholders in medium to large enterprises. · Conduct meetings and product demos to present our corporate learning solutions. · Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal solutioning teams to prepare proposals and quotations. · Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closure and account handover. · Maintain regular communication and nurture client relationships for repeat and referral business. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Experience · 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the Corporate eLearning / Training / EdTech B2B segment (mandatory). · Strong understanding of custom eLearning, LMS, blended learning, and digital learning content solutions. · Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills. · Proven record of generating new business and meeting sales targets. · Comfortable with CRM tools, email outreach, and LinkedIn-based lead generation.
