Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular in-person visits to local agents and distributors to promote our products, negotiate terms, and secure sales agreements. • Identify and develop new agent/distributor partnerships to expand market coverage and reach. • Maintain close relationships with existing partners, providing ongoing support to ensure smooth collaboration and achieve mutual growth. • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and proactively address challenges to meet or exceed sales targets. Qualifications & Skills: • Full-time college degree or higher. • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets. • Prior experience in industrial, building materials, HVAC, or fire protection sectors is highly preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with comfort in frequent field visits.
