Role & responsibilities Assist in managing internal and public CA certificates issuance, renewal, and revocation. Learn and contribute to PKI hierarchy design and certificate lifecycle best practices. Work with automation tools and APIs (e.g., EJBCA CLI, ACME clients, shell scripts). Help resolve certificate-related issues in enterprise apps and servers. Collaborate with application owners to enable secure certificate-based integrations. Maintain configuration, documentation, and reporting logs. Learn cryptographic standards, cloud security principles, and automation practices. Preferred candidate profile 02 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity with a genuine interest in PKI. Good foundational knowledge of: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and CA hierarchy Certificate types: SSL/TLS, Code Signing, Client Auth Tools like EJBCA (or similar CA platforms) Basic cryptography (hashing, encryption, signing) Certificate automation (ACME, SCEP, CSR workflows) Awareness of cloud basics (Azure, AWS, GCP). Eagerness to learn, strong logical thinking, and task ownership.
