At Zewa, we manufacture premium, sustainable ornamental fish feeds and distribute across India through our exclusive distributor networks. We are currently looking for a competitive and experienced Sales Executive to join our sales team and build our business activities by coordinating with distributors and retailers. You will be in charge of meeting organizational sales by developing planned goals and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. Freshers also welcome if you are willing to learn aggressively and grow. Role and responsibilities: a) Coordinating with the Sales team in sales and visiting our distributor and retail networks for follow-ups and regular sales b) Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service, setting up meetings with the prospective clients c) Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary d) Presenting product/ service demonstrations to shops and distributors e) Negotiating with distributors and managing merchandizing activities f) Coordinate feedback from customers and share it with support teams. Required Skills : o Proficiency in Malayalam, English (Knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and other languages is beneficial) o Willingness to travel and aggressive approach in customer hunting. o Prior experience in fish keeping/knowledge about ornamental aqua culture is a bonus o Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the sales field o Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation o Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage o Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics o Faster learning ability and passion for sales o Good presentation and communication skills Show more Show less
