As part of our growing education services, we are looking for a passionate IELTS Trainer to join our team in Chennai. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an IELTS Trainer at Zertinova Consulting. The IELTS Trainer will: Conduct engaging IELTS training sessions covering Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking . Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans and practice modules . Teach English as a foreign language and provide effective IELTS preparation . Guide students with test strategies, tips, and personalised feedback . Organise mock tests and monitor learner performance. Utilise a variety of teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes. Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats and requirements . The trainer will play a key role in helping learners achieve their target band scores while improving their overall English proficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field . TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a strong advantage. Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Excellent command of English (spoken and written) . Strong knowledge of IELTS exam formats, scoring, and preparation techniques . Demonstrated ability in lesson planning, test strategies, and student mentoring . Excellent communication and instructional skills . Ability to work independently and remotely , with flexibility to handle online classes . Passion for motivating learners to achieve their target band scores .
