Responsibilities Architect and build cutting-edge AI-driven products for HR and FinTech sectors. Build, Lead and mentor a team of engineers and data scientists. Drive the end-to-end technology strategy, from vision to execution. Collaborate closely with business, product, and client teams to translate complex industry needs into scalable solutions. Ensure best practices in engineering, data privacy, and secure cloud deployments. Qualifications Experience: Proven experience and knowledge in engineering roles and as a Tech leader Expertise: Deep hands-on experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud platforms, and scalable SaaS architectures. Proven track record of building and scaling high-performance engineering teams and AI products.
