We’re looking for a Client Relationship Executive who can build strong partnerships with photographers and studios, manage album orders, and ensure smooth communication across design & production. --- 🔹 Roles & Responsibilities Maintain strong relationships with photographers, studios, and partners Understand client requirements & coordinate with design/production teams Handle daily WhatsApp, phone, and email communication Track album orders, delivery timelines, and follow-ups Assist clients with queries, revisions & updates Maintain CRM / client database Support the sales team during meetings and studio visits Ensure high-quality customer experience from order to delivery Identify opportunities to upsell premium album products --- 🔹 What We’re Looking For 1-2 Years exp in cold calling.
