Job Description – Shoot Assistant / Production Coordinator Position: Shoot Assistant / Production Coordinator Location: Mumbai Type: Full-time About Us We are a growing production house focused on creating high-quality YouTube content that entertains, engages, and connects with audiences. About the Role This is a dual role : On shoot days , you’ll act as a Shoot Assistant , supporting the crew with setup, equipment handling, and on-ground coordination. On non-shoot days , you’ll step into the role of a Production Coordinator , handling planning, logistics, and day-to-day tasks that keep the production moving forward. We need someone who can take initiative, solve problems independently , and figure out tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Shoot Days (Shoot Assistant): Help with setup and wrap-up of cameras, lighting, props, and gear. Manage on-set logistics (gear movement, adjustments, shoot essentials). Support crew and talent with requirements during shoots. Keep track of shoot continuity, batteries, memory cards, and backups. Ensure smooth coordination to avoid delays. Non-Shoot Days (Production Coordinator): Plan and organize upcoming shoots (scheduling, locations, equipment). Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and team members. Handle production-related tasks such as bookings, permissions, and logistics. Take ownership of any assigned task and find solutions independently . Maintain documentation, inventories, and smooth communication across the team. Requirements Interest in YouTube content creation, filmmaking, or digital media . Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and figure things out without hand-holding. Comfortable with handling production gear and logistics.
