The Senior Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify potential areas for improvement within the P2P process, such as automation, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation. This includes creating and executing plans to optimize the P2P business cycle, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency. The role involves managing relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with agreements. The Senior Manager will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and modeling to support business cases for P2P initiatives. Ensuring that all P2P processes adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies, while also identifying and mitigating potential risks. Working with various internal teams, including procurement, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of P2P initiatives. May involve managing and mentoring a team of BD professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. Proven experience in developing and implementing P2P strategies, optimizing processes, and managing supplier relationships. Generating fresh leads for the company through referrals, Conf. Events and forums. Follow the defined SOP's and Company Policies on continuous basis.
