Job description We're looking for dedicated and skilled Electrical Assistants to join our team, responsible for the electrical and plumbing maintenance and operations of our cinema theater. Responsibilities: System Design & Maintenance: Design, develop, test, and oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, systems, and facilities within cinema theaters. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Address all electrical and plumbing issues promptly and efficiently to ensure smooth theater operations. Equipment Management: Manage the maintenance of a wide range of electronic systems and lighting, including electrical machines, PLCs, AC/DC Drives, control systems, generators, transformers, RO plant systems, solar power systems, and air conditioners. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all electrical systems meet safety, legal, and technical requirements. Maintain detailed log reports, machinery service records, and document all testing activities and specifications. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on new technologies, industry standards, and regulations to implement best practices. Team Development: Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, components, UPS, Genset, and air conditioning. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Effective time management skills. Ability to commute reliably to Gobichettipalayam, Tamil Nadu, or planning to relocate before starting work.
