About the job: We are expanding our sales team and looking for a high-energy, result-driven individual to lead product demos, follow up with prospects, and close deals. Key responsibilities: A. Lead High-Impact Demos 1. Conduct engaging product demos tailored to fleet owners' pain points. 2. Understand the Customer's pain points in detail and deliver personalized demos. 3. Highlight key benefits of the platform such as cost savings, fuel efficiency, and real-time tracking. 4. Handle objections effectively and position the product as the best solution. B. Pipeline Management & Follow-ups 1. Follow up with leads through email, calls, and LinkedIn messages. 2. Nurture prospects and move them through the sales funnel. 3. Address customer concerns and provide technical assistance as needed. C. Sales & Revenue Growth 1. Convert prospects into paying customers by creating urgency and value. 2. Identify upsell opportunities and maximize revenue per client. 3. Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets. D. Customer Onboarding & Support 1. Ensure smooth onboarding and guide customers in implementing the tool. 2. Work closely with the tech team to resolve any user issues. 3. Build strong relationships to ensure customer retention and referrals.
