This is a solo role suited for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the garment and fashion e-commerce space. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: ✅ End-to-End Order Fulfillment (Solo Role): Process daily online orders (website, marketplaces). Pick and pack garments independently. Print and paste shipping labels/invoices. Schedule courier pickups and update tracking. ✅ Inventory & ERP Management: Enter stock in/out data in ERP or inventory system. Track raw material, WIP, and finished stock levels. Generate simple inventory reports when required. ✅ Production Coordination: Share daily order requirements with manufacturing. Track production updates and stock inflow. Conduct basic quality checks before packing. ✅ Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain organized shelves and packing area. Monitor packaging material and reorder when needed. Handle returns and restocking when applicable. 📌 Requirements: Graduate (any stream); 0–1 year experience. Comfortable with packing and manual warehouse work. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. Willing to learn ERP tools (training provided). Responsible, punctual, and self-managed. ✨ Preferred But Not Mandatory: Familiarity with courier platforms (e.g., Shiprocket).
