Role & ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews for India Core Team roles. Coordinate with senior management for multi-round interviews (HR, Technical, Director, CEO). Draft offer letters, appointment orders, NDAs, and IP agreements for selected candidates. Assist in designing and conducting induction & training programs. Maintain recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closures of positions. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the hiring process. Build HR processes aligned with Zenve’s India & Dubai operations. RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resource Management or related field. 1–4 years of HR experience (recruitment/interviews). Freshers with strong communication skills may apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Comfortable handling confidential information. Knowledge of HR documentation & labor laws will be an advantage.
