Now, we’re looking for a sharp and driven Lead Generation & Outreach Associate to fuel our growth across three high-potential B2B brands: ZenoCloud – Managed Cloud, DevOps & GPU Infra ZenoShip – US Fulfillment & Logistics for US & Indian eCom brands ZenoLedger – Bookkeeping, Compliance & CFO Stack for global founders What You'll Do Own outbound prospecting across LinkedIn , email , and calls Build ICP-specific lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Snov.io Write and iterate on cold outreach messages and email sequences Run structured outreach campaigns and maintain pipeline health in Zoho CRM Follow up with leads via call/WhatsApp, qualify them, and hand off to the closing team Track outreach performance and constantly test/refine the approach You’re a Fit If You Have 1–3 years of B2B lead gen or SDR experience , ideally in tech, cloud, or services Understand how to research, target, and engage high-intent buyers Are fluent in written + spoken English , and confident on calls Are comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, CRMs, and outreach automations Are self-motivated, organized, and love solving problems creatively What You'll Get Work directly with the founding team Exposure across fast-growing verticals (Cloud, Fintech, Logistics) High ownership, zero bureaucracy Bonuses tied to meetings, deals, and growth Fast growth opportunities and cross-brand exposure Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
