The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, developing sale strategies, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and providing customer support. The Sales Manager will also be involved in negotiations and closing deals. Qualifications Experience in sales, business development, and client management Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of real estate market and industry trends Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
