Qualifications: Minimum Graduate in any stream (preferred: English or Communication background). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, and a professional telephone manner. Prior experience in a school office or front desk role preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
