Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp related to thermal printers. Provide after-sales support – troubleshooting, basic installation guidance, print quality issues, connectivity (Bluetooth/USB), etc. Provide demo/usage videos or guides if needed. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Collect feedback to improve product and service quality. Perform basic computer-related tasks and maintain records using MS Excel. Key Requirements Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and basic Hinglish (especially for Tier 2/3 customers). Good understanding of thermal printers, Bluetooth connectivity, and mobile/PC integration (training will be provided). Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable using WhatsApp Business. Prior experience in tech support or after-sales is a plus. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
