We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Cook cum Manager who can not only prepare delicious food but also oversee the day-to-day operations of our café/restaurant. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, able to manage a kitchen team, and capable of handling basic managerial responsibilities. Key ResponsibilitiesCooking & Kitchen Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (as per menu – fast food, snacks, beverages, etc.). Maintain quality, taste, and consistency of all food items. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Monitor inventory of ingredients and manage stock efficiently. Maintain proper storage of raw materials and finished products. Management & Operations Supervise staff and coordinate daily tasks in the café/restaurant. Manage customer orders and ensure timely service. Handle vendor coordination for supplies. Monitor expenses and help control food costs to avoid wastage. Maintain a positive and professional environment for staff and customers. Ensure compliance with basic safety and FSSAI hygiene standards. RequirementsProven experience as a cook, chef, or kitchen in-charge. Knowledge of café/fast food/snack-style menu preferred. Ability to manage both cooking and basic managerial duties. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of food costing and stock management. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays. Preferred QualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of cooking/kitchen management experience.
