Primary Role: As a Brand Marketing & Strategist at Zenarise, your primary goal will be to create a prominent brand positioning for S2C and its products. You will enhance the brand image by crafting a compelling story behind the brand and develop strategies to promote the brand outside Amazon’s platform. Your focus will be on creating a strong social media presence driven by sound strategies that align with current trends. Key Responsibilities: • Brand Positioning & Storytelling: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling story that resonates with S2C’s target audience and reinforces the brand’s position as a market leader. • Strategic Planning & Promotion: Design and implement strategies to increase the brand’s visibility across multiple channels, particularly social media, ensuring the message is aligned with market trends. • Content Creation & Calendar: Create a content calendar for social media posts, ensuring timely and relevant updates that keep the audience engaged. • Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work closely with the creative/media team to generate content ideas that capture the brand’s vision and voice. • Product Ideation & Strategy: Identify new product ideas and complementary products that fit the current product portfolio and meet market demand. Formulate bundling strategies and new product ideas that drive profitability. • Brand Growth & Visibility: Spearhead efforts to improve the brand’s online and offline visibility. Promote the brand to new markets, while ensuring consistent messaging and positioning. • Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities that align with brand goals. Required Experience: • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing and strategy, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or product-centric businesses. • Proven experience in social media marketing and building strong brand identities. • Expertise in creating content calendars and executing cross-channel campaigns. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure the effectiveness of strategies. • Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique ideas for product innovation and brand messaging. Additional Responsibilities: • Monitor the performance of brand campaigns and adapt strategies to ensure long-term success. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to create an integrated brand experience. • Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring that all brand communications are consistent and aligned with the overall strategy.
