Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, the Sales Executive will develop and execute sales strategies, provide market insights, and ensure a seamless transaction process for all parties involved. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the real estate market and current property trends Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field is preferred
