We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Legal Associate to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Drafting and reviewing legal documents, notices, pleadings, agreements, and contracts Handling client communication and case strategy discussions Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs Managing hearings and coordinating with counsels Working across various legal domains – civil, commercial, arbitration, consumer law, etc. Preparing detailed and professional legal emails and correspondences Requirements: LL.B. from a reputed university (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in litigation or corporate legal practice Excellent communication and drafting skills Proficiency in MS Office, legal databases, and e-filing portals Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently Selection Process: First Round: Written Assessment (Legal Drafting + Email Communication + Basic Research) Second Round: Personal Interview Final Round: Interaction with Partners/Founders Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Experience: Legal drafting: 1 year (Required) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required)
