Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify and qualify potential clients for our IT services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, Upwork, Freelancer.com, and other online channels. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and target potential clients using various online platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.). Manage and update CRM tools to track leads and communication. Build strong prospect pipelines and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Write compelling proposals and communicate clearly with clients on freelancing platforms. Run outreach campaigns through LinkedIn InMail, email, and social media Understand client requirements and match them with appropriate service offerings. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in lead generation or business development roles. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, and social media lead-gen tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Preferred : Experience in IT services such as Web Development, App Development, SaaS, or Digital Marketing. Awareness of RFPs, bidding strategies, and project requirement analysis.
