Inside Sales Role (1–2 Years’ Experience) 1. Experience & Background 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales / lead generation / tele-calling . Exposure to domestic (India) and UAE markets . Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology sales is an advantage. 2. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication skills (English mandatory) Strong cold calling and lead qualification ability. Proficiency in using CRM tools (Dynamics 365 preferred). Ability to research, identify, and reach decision-makers. Confidence in handling objections and follow-ups . 3. Responsibilities (High-level) Generate leads via calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach . Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records in CRM. Support sales campaigns for Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Staffing Services , etc. Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, and conversions . 4. Personal Attributes Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent. Comfortable with structured daily calling schedules. Willingness to work flexible hours (to match UAE business hours if required). 5.
