Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end planning and execution for product releases Facilitate sprint ceremonies — stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retros — with intention and impact Manage Jira/ClickUp boards, backlogs, and release milestones Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design to unblock and accelerate delivery Monitor sprint health, identify risks early, and manage course corrections Keep communication crisp, status updates clear, and blockers visible Foster a delivery-focused, structured approach — especially during ambiguity or change What We’re Looking For 8–12 years of experience managing delivery for SaaS products, preferably B2B Strong command of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and iterative delivery Proven experience using Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or equivalent tools Skilled in cross-functional coordination and translating between tech and business needs Excellent verbal and written communication — clear, concise, and action-oriented Comfortable working with distributed, remote-first teams Bonus: Experience in startups or early-stage product environments
