About the Role Are you a front-end wizard with a knack for designing pixel-perfect UIs and building scalable full-stack applications? Do you enjoy leading projects, mentoring teammates, and shipping sleek, high-performance web apps? We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of projects from concept to production , with a strong focus on React, Vite, and modern design systems , while still being comfortable building robust backends in Node.js and MongoDB . You’ll work closely with our design, backend, and product teams, setting the pace for clean code, smooth user experiences, and innovative solutions. Location : Remote / Kochi Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 INR / month Experience : 2+ years Employment Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities Lead and own the development of full-stack applications, from front-end architecture to backend APIs . Build beautiful, responsive, and accessible UIs using React, Vite, and modern CSS frameworks . Collaborate with designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life with an eye for detail and performance. Develop and maintain Node.js APIs and microservices, with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. Set code quality standards , perform reviews, and mentor junior developers. Implement best practices in performance, security, and scalability. Work on project planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines . Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table. Required Skills React.js (expert-level) , Vite, and modern front-end tooling. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and creating design-driven experiences . Node.js (NestJS or Express.js) and REST API design. MongoDB, Mongoose, and NoSQL data modeling. TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+). Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker. Experience in leading projects or small teams , with great communication and collaboration skills. Bonus Points Experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD . Knowledge of SSR/SSG frameworks (Next.js, Remix). Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ . Cloud deployment (AWS, Vercel, or Netlify). Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge. Why Join Us?
