ZED Trainers

• Provide training to workers and supervisors on fundamental quality control tools, including check sheets, control charts, cause-and-effect diagrams, and Pareto analysis.
• Demonstrate practical methods for defect detection and prevention directly on the shopfloor.
• Educate participants on workplace safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Conduct interactive sessions on accident prevention, hazard identification, and emergency preparedness.
• Foster a safety-first culture to reduce risks and ensure adherence to workplace regulations.
• Train the MSME workforce in effective interpersonal communication, teamwork, and professional workplace behaviour.
• Enhance manager–worker relationships through role-plays, group activities, and practical exercises.
• Develop soft skills to promote collaboration, minimize conflicts, and build workplace harmony.
• Strengthen the leadership capacity of entrepreneurs and supervisors to manage teams efficiently and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Deliver shopfloor demonstrations on lean manufacturing practices, including 5S, Kaizen, energy conservation, and waste management.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,500.00 per day
