They keep some of there cash counters close even if there is rush. Like it was on 1st Jan 2025. Even after taking there edge membership you can’t pay in less then 30 minutes. The manager is generally not bothered about the customers waiting in the payment queue.

While the collection is decent, the billing counter lines are pretty late, the counters are delayed and mismanaged and each billing is taking at least 10 min if not more than that. It was a bad experience today.
