Hybrid Project | Transport Domain | Govt Initiative Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Hybrid: 3 days on-site/week) Duration: 15-30 days (Immediate Start) Budget: Negotiable We at Zecruiters hiring a freelance mobile app developer to build a cross-platform citizen-facing app for a government transport/RTO initiative. The app will include features like appointment verification, face recognition, seatbelt detection, status tracking , and more. Key Responsibilities: Build and deploy a mobile app using Flutter or React Native Integrate APIs (RTO, appointment, video management, etc.) Implement UI from Figma and support localization (Marathi/Hindi) Handle app store publishing (Android & iOS) Attend hybrid meetings and deliver code via Git Must-Have: 2+ years of experience in Flutter/React Native Strong API integration skills Available to work from Pune in hybrid mode Familiar with GovTech systems (Aadhaar, DigiLocker, etc.) Nice to Have: Experience with government or transport-sector apps Familiarity with Figma and localization Exposure to RTO workflows Deliverables: Functional app, source code, builds, documentation, UAT support
