Job Description : As an Account Executive - CRM, you will support the Account Director in managing CRM projects, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns and contributing to the development of innovative strategies. You will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality output that meets the client’s objectives. Key Responsibilities : -Campaign Execution: Assist in the implementation of CRM campaigns across various channels (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Video, App). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns. -Collaboration on CRM Strategy: Work closely with the team to contribute ideas and insights for CRM strategies. Participate in strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions. -Creative Briefing: Assist in briefing creative teams on campaign requirements. Ensure that the creative output aligns with the client’s brand guidelines and objectives. -Campaign Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor campaign performance and assist in gathering data for evaluation. Provide support in analyzing campaign results and preparing reports. -Personalization & Innovation: Support the development of personalized and innovative CRM campaigns. Stay updated on CRM trends and provide inputs on integrating new ideas into campaigns. Requirements : -Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Freshers can apply. -Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of CRM and digital marketing concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
