Roles & Responsibilities Process Optimization: Design and document clear SOPs for product implementation, data reconciliation, and go-live processes. Identify opportunities to digitize manual processes, integrating APIs or automation tools where applicable. Ensure end-to-end process alignment, from product onboarding to post-go-live support. Data Reconciliation and Analytics : Reconcile data using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) or APIs to ensure accuracy and consistency between systems. Utilize BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to customers and internal teams. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and client satisfaction. Team Collaboration and Follow-Up : Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, sales, and support) to ensure timely execution of tasks. Diligently follow up with team members to track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to timelines. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans. Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end go-live process for insurance companies, ensuring smooth product implementation and client onboarding. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on client needs and project deadlines. Use critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and propose innovative solutions to complex challenges. Qualification & Skills Experience : 3+ years of experience in product management, account management, or a similar role in the insurance or technology sector. Proven track record of selling B2B products and managing client relationships. Hands-on experience with data reconciliation using Excel (advanced proficiency) and/or APIs. Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) for data analysis and reconciliation. Strong knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics for generating insights. Familiarity with APIs and integration workflows for data exchange between systems. Understanding of digital transformation processes and automation tools. Soft Skills : Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills to design and optimize processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to following up and ensuring task completion. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the insurance industry. Knowledge of process documentation and SOP creation. Certification in BI tools, data analytics, or project management (e.g., PMP, CBAP) is a plus.
