The Lead Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, overseeing tax preparations, and supporting audit processes. The role requires the ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, develop financial strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations. The Lead Accountant will also mentor junior staff and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth financial functioning. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and General Ledger management Proficiency in Auditing, Reconciliation, and Compliance with financial regulations Experience with Automation tools and technologies in finance operations Skill in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities Strong communication and team leadership skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus
