We are seeking an experienced and organized Holiday Manager to join our team. As a Holiday Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating holiday packages, tours, and travel itineraries for our clients. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Holiday Planning: Plan, organize, and coordinate holiday packages, tours, and travel itineraries for clients. 2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints. 3. Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. 4. Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the holiday department, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services. 5. Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of holiday packages, tours, and travel itineraries. 6. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote holiday packages and tours. 7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets and control costs to ensure profitability. 8. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on holiday sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a management role.
